The Old Mill Gardens housing development in Forncett End, Norfolk, was completed by Orchard Homes in 2016 and consists of 10 individually designed detached family homes each with its own private driveway and larger than average fully fenced southerly aspect gardens.

The market town of Diss lies 11 miles to the south with the mainline railway station (Norwich to London Liverpool Street). The countryside surrounding the village is ideal for walkers, cyclists and horse riding.
