Location

The site is on the edge of the A47 which will allow easy access to Sainsbury’s at Longwater or Waitrose of Cringleford within a few minutes.

The centre of the village has a small stream running through it and the Kings Head public house which dates from the 17th Century that has just had an extensive renovation by the present owners Anton and Tet. This is a gastro pub that people travel far and wide to visit.

Norwich itself has many places to visit including Norwich Cathedral, and its 900 year old Castle, built by the Normans as a Royal Palace. Chapelfield Shopping Centre is popular as is the more quaint cobbled area of Elm Hill. There are many lovely restaurants and bars to stop at as well.

When you have finished shopping there is always Bawburgh Golf club to while away a few hours. Norwich International Airport flies to many destinations which are only 15 minutes away, and Bawburgh has easy access to the A11 which is now fully dualled down to London.
