Location

North Elmham is a popular North Norfolk village steeped in history with an array of amenities which include a primary school, doctor’s surgery, two pubs, village shop, tea rooms with post office, sports field with tennis court and an active village hall. The village is a 10-minute car journey from the well-served market town of Dereham, whilst the city of Norwich is only 20 miles away. There are regular bus services to both.

Dereham itself boasts a modern shopping centre, a full range of schools, hotels, churches and public houses. Dereham offers many sports and leisure activities including Dereham Leisure Centre, which incorporates a full gymnasium, modern pool and indoor bowls.
