The spacious fully fitted kitchen/diner comes with a table and chairs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, electric cooker and hob. The living room has patio doors that open onto the communal gardens with a bike shed.
Double glazed windows and electric central heating can be found throughout the property. There is even underfloor heating downstairs to keep the space warm and comfortable.
The property is available from July 2020. A deposit of £3,000 will be required i.e. £500 per person. All bills are included in this price; including electric, water rates and broadband.
Our student properties are normally only let to groups of students on a joint 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with each tenant jointly and severally liable for the rent. All students will be required to complete an application form and provide a UK based guarantor.
Foreign students would be required to pay the full rent in advance.
